6-8-13 Low water level - Shaktoolik, Alaska, USA

My fiance and I went up the river with our kids to check the fish net and he noticed that the river was shallower than usual. He noticed that there was a sandbar that never use to be there. It was hard to find a channel to go through since the river was so shallow. We depend on the river for a wide variety of subsistence activities.
